Today was a very busy day in Spain!

We woke up early to go to a nearby town for a morning of surfing in Playa Merón. The staff at Merón Surf was incredible and helped the students have an amazing time! Below are some pictures from our adventure.

After lunch we returned to Llanes, where everyone had some time to rest before doing group orientation. We spent a big part of our afternoon and evening doing activities to create community and be better travelers in the weeks to come. Everyone has started to think about their independent projects, the topic of which they will have ready by Wednesday night.

After dinner, we went for a walk to the famous Paseo de San Pedro and everyone is now ready for bed. Tomorrow we will have another excursion, so be ready for more picturesque scenery coming your way!
